Returns and refunds
Product-specific return eligibility and warranty information will be visible before payment. Terms shown on the product page and at checkout apply to that order.
Condition and included items
Unless the item is defective, returned products may need to be unused, clean, and in original packaging with all components. Hygiene and consumable-item restrictions will be disclosed before purchase.
Damage or defects
Report leaks, pump failures, shipping damage, missing components, or other defects promptly. Keep the packaging and provide clear photos or video when requested.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary after Purrflow submits the refund.
